Upcoming Tax Forfeited Public Land Sale Auction - June 28, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
Crow Wing County's next tax forfeited land sale is scheduled for Friday, June 28th, at 10:00 a.m. at the Crow Wing County Land Services Building, in meeting rooms 1 & 2.
At the auction, 200 properties will be offered for sale including:
- 20 waterfront properties
- 26 properties at least 2-5 acres in size
- 15 properties at least 5-10 acres in size
- 4 properties at least 10-20 acres in size
- 24 properties at least 20-40 acres in size
- 60 new properties that have never been offered previously

Properties Available for Immediate Sale:
287 properties offered at prior auctions are currently available for immediate sale. These properties can be purchased at any time "over-the-counter" at the starting bid price.

Properties offered for sale have forfeited to the State of Minnesota for failure to pay property taxes. Crow Wing County conducts two public auction land sales per year. Properties offered for sale at prior auctions and remaining unsold can be purchased over the counter. Auctions are oral, however, if a party is unable to attend the auction in person alternative means of submitting bids are available. Please contact Land Services with questions.
Properties are sold as-is and the county makes no warranties as to the condition of the title and no representations regarding whether these parcels have access now or will have access in the future. Purchases can be made in cash or through the contract terms described above. Buyer will receive a state deed.
