Filing for Federal, County and State Offices Opens on May 22, 2012.
Crow Wing County Auditor-Treasurer's Office will not be accepting passport applications during the 2012 tax collection period from May 1 - May 16. Anyone wishing to apply during that time should go to the Brainerd Post Office.
There are now free medication disposal boxes located at 3 sites in Crow Wing County. The "drop off" box at each site will accept unneeded over-the-county medications, prescriptions and narcotic drugs.
Land Services Department is requesting public comment on proposed revisions to the County Land Use Ordinance. The ordinance revisions can be viewed on the County website. Written comments on the proposed changes will be accepted until June 4, 2012.
